International Gastronomie Summit 2025

For the International Gastronomy Summit in Salamanca, I created a video mapping piece designed to highlight every facet of culinary art.

My goal was to tell a complete visual story of gastronomy—from the raw ingredient, through its transformation in the kitchen, to the wine that accompanies it, and the chef who brings it all together. Each sequence was carefully crafted to celebrate the richness, precision, and poetry of the culinary process.

The mapping was projected in a prestigious setting, creating an immersive and sensory experience that resonated with the audience.
